The puppies are finally here! The first puppy arrived Friday night about 9:00 p.m. By 4:00 a.m., there were 6. By 6:00 a.m. there were 7. By Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. we were still at 7 and were getting a little worried, but shortly after 11:00 a.m., number 8 arrived with a cute brown spot on her side. We were so excited and we thought we were done, but no. Akira still had a couple more in the oven. The last 2 arrived by 2:00 p.m. Akira is a cute mother and did a great job. All of the puppies seem to be doing fine, but we hope that she will be able to feed so many. We will have to watch to make sure they all thrive. We don't have a count yet on how many girls, and how many boys; I'll post that later.

How cute are the puppies....the boys want to keep looking at the pictures. We will have to come over in a few weeks to see them!
They are SO cute. Gabe wants to come see the puppies so maybe when I'm up there next I will call and stop over. Too Cute. Now Your a Grandma!!!! :)
